This Barbera d’Asti Superiore D.O.C.G. comes from the oldest vineyards on the property, harvested with a medium-late harvest, and aged in Allier oak wood.
It features both the characteristics of the grape variety (power, fruitiness, freshness, and dryness) and those of the territory in which it is acclimatized (finesse, mineral olfactory complexity, and tannins).
Wine with an intense red color, purple and black reflections, intense scents, and marked cherry, earth, and woody notes (the name Mysterium comes from this complex olfactory spectrum).
On the palate, it is warm, concentrated, rightly tannic, and features an excellent intense aromatic persistence. It has considerable ageing potential.
