Grapes : 100% Pinot Noir
Processing: After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the cellar for destemming. Vinification lasts approximately 15 days at a controlled temperature (24°C) to preserve the primary aromas. Once the vinification has taken place, the wine is placed in French oak barriques for 9 months.

On the nose it is fine and persistent with recognizable spicy notes in particular nutmeg and black pepper. | |
The flavor is very intense, well balanced by a light tannic hint, a noble trademark of the vine, which gives this wine a very long, persistent and harmonious palate. Wine that lends itself to being drunk with dishes based on red meat or grilled fish. |
